Just wondered what is actually done when they service your car as heard an advert for a place on the radio and wondered if it was a good deal or not

Doesn't sound like its in line with manufacturer's service schedule. Sounds like an expensive oil & filter change and a quick look whilst the oil is draining out to see what else they can tell you you need doing"Now to trolling as a concept. ....
