We have had our house on the market since march 2009,and have had little response.so we contacted direct homebuyers.they wanted 150 pounds up front to servey/value what they thought it was worth.they only give upto 90 per cent of the value of the house.and now they keep texting and ringing me up,and also sending letters out.high sales tactics etc.we are hanging on to try and get the full value of the house. Is this company genuine.has anyone else had dealings with direct homebuyers.

I bet 'their' valuation comes in at a figure way lower than yours ! (90% of YOUR valuation would be a fair price though, surely)0
