Graphics Card

I have been given a GeForce ATI 9550 256mg AGP graphics card, My computer is a Compaq Presario 1420uk with shared graphics.

Does any one know if this card will be suitable for my make and model, I have tried to match it on the net with no satisfaction.

Any help would be appreciated.

    According to the spec for your motherboard here, it has: Graphics connector (AGP) 1 AGP 8x

    Yes its compatiable, just plug and play then download the driver from the Radeon website if you didn't get the install disc aswell. HTH
