Annoyed about DSRs

I've just been looking at my seller dashboard and noticed that someone has left me a low rating (1 or 2) for shipping time. I really don't understand this as I've posted everything I've sold in the last month the day after the person paid! I know it is fairly recent too as I checked last week and didn't have any low ratings. Unless it is Royal Mail being very slow with deliveries I don't understand how someone could be unhappy with my dispatch times. Unfortunatly since I don't sell much this has affected my averages which are now below 4.5 in this category.
[My other poor ratings are for postage charges which is more understandable as my scales broke a month ago (don't want to buy new ones as I'm tying to have a massive clearout before going travelling for a year) and I'm not very good at estimating for postage for items like clothes that I don't sell very often.]

Well if your going travelling is there any point in worrying about it?0

If you find you've overestimated the postage, a partial refund does wonders to sweeten up a buyer! My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
If your DSRs hit 4.4 you could be severely effected. As you will not appear as high in searches. If you have any other infractions there is possible warnings and temporary suspentions. Borrow some scales or look in a charity shop0

i've also got a 1 or 2 for dispatch time for some reason. Every single item I sell is sent either same day or next working day, I even on post on saturdays sometimes. I also send dispatch notification emails out so everyone would know it had been posted same or next day.
I can only think it was either a uk buyer whose item was delayed by the strikes or an overseas buyer whose item took a week or so to arrive and they have confused dispatch time with delivery time.
fortunately i've still got 5 for item as described, and 4.9 for the others0 -
I had a buyer who left me low DSRs because I waited for a cheque to clear before posting & they wanted it quickly. Unfortunately rightly or wrongly it happens.0
