Is there a web address on the PNC - someone once told me you can enter the PCN number on the website and you can view the photo that were taken at the time.
Don't know if it works like that - never had a ticket .... so far:pLearn to laugh at yourself ... everyone else has:rotfl:

I tried to appeal a ticket years ago. Parked on Argyle Street where thye had been doing work, and the yellow lines were completely obscured, and could not be seen. Given there were other cars parked there, and none had a ticket (nor did they have any when I came back) I had presumed there were no restrictions, but still got done.
Have parked in other areas though, where the yellow lines had been dug up, and didn't get a ticket. But I did make sure my car didn't overhang the lines that were there....Fight Crime : Shoot Back.

Does it count if yellow lines are worn away in parts? I got a ticket in the residential street where I live today, because many people use it as free parking, being only a 10 minute walk from town, and there were no spaces when I came back from Tesco. Although I know I shouldn't park where I did I have never seen anybody get a ticket - until me!0
