Can anyone help me out please......I thought new technology was supposed to be idiot proof.
Firstly, when someone sends me a jpg file I never get the picture, just the frame and the top 2mm of the picture.....this is an example
why is that?
and secondly, in the Sent Items I want to add a column for 'TO'.......how do I do that?

You may be better downloading Thunderbird.
It's a far better email reader

Andrew Rimmer 2009If you think it will take more than 3 hours to fix a software problem it is probably quicker to reinstall windows. 30 mins to install windows, 2½ hours to reinstall all your nice software0 -

I think I have sorted the 'TO' problem........the pictures only seem to come out dodgy from one or two people.0 -
