I sold a large dining table a couple of weeks ago - collection only. The winner asked if it would be ok to collect the following week (last week now) as they needed to arrange a van. They never contacted me so I emailed them on Saturday - still no reply. After the item ended I received an email from another potential bidder - they were stuck in traffic and couldn't bid in time  - if the winner didn't complete the transaction they were still interested. Today i emailed them saying its theirs for the same price as the original winning bidder. My question is how do I cancel the original sale and get my fees back. There is no option on the dispute bit which fits this. I dont want to put in a NPB as I don't want a paypal payment. Any ideas appreciated. Thx.

There's an option in the dispute, 'the buyers payment hasn't been received'. Use that option to open the NPB as technically it's correct!:j30/7/10:j
