Hope someone can help me please.
When I bring up this box to delete a programme, it doesn't have the X in the corner to get rid of the box. I cannot close it from the task bar either. So its sitting on top of my open browser.
How can I fix this please?

Also next time you're on it, double click the grey border around the center box and your menu should come back
