i have been waiting 2 years for these bank charges to be sorted out,i logged the amount they overcharged me in july 2007 and recieved letter stating that until test case is sorted no payout fair enough i will wait i thought

but have just found out that the account these charges were taken from was closed down by bank in august 2007,and they now have no details of this account on system the amount they had charged me in fees was £1300 or so

upon going to bank and giving them a letter to claim under hardship rules this is how i found out the account was closed but a previous account i had with them in 2002 is still open but the newer one has disappeared

can anyone give me any advice on what i can now do thanks
