Sold out in Durham Sainsbury's - gutted.

I asked at customer services and they are being discontinued hence the £4.25.

Well I managed to pick up 2 pairs. One in Bristol Emersons green which was the last one but was only at £16.99 not £4.25, the second was in Bristol Filton which was marked on the shelf at £29.99 but went through the till at £16.99.

I'll take them with me when I go back on Saturday to check the latest price and see if they will sell them back to me cheaper. Even then £16.99 is still a very very good price!

I went back for another set to see if I could get them at £4.25 and the display had moved and there were none to be seen.

Think they have all gone now if they have gone down to this price

I have ghd's (IV) and they're the best but good price for these if you can't afford them I paid £100 for mine from Boots

They have the Elegance ones in argos now reduced to £29.35

They had a few pairs in Edinburgh Craigleith store. Still at £16.99, i bought myself a pair:D

These are fantatstic straightners ...i would say they are as good if not better than my GHD's. Def get a pair if you can....shame to hear they are being discontinued !! Hope they are just bringing out an updated model.!!
