Maybe I've got slightly different ones, they certainly look the same. Watching Desperate Romantics so will have a look in 10 minutes
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

thanks :D my friend was going to get these so I will tell her about sains. I replaced my GHD's with these a while ack as I couldnt afford GHD's that week [couldnt go a day without straightners lol] and I have never bothered replacing them as they are fab :D You do catch the off switch though as its a daft place but I just hold over the on button and that seems to work.

Thank you to everyone who posts comps xxx
  • I bought these for my daughter about two years ago because of the fab reviews on amazon and paid about £40, they're better than any I've owned. I'm going to treat myself now as I stooped so low.. I stashed them away when she was packing to go to her dads the other weekend! :embarasse

Actually she can have the new ones if she wants and I'll have the old ones to make up for it!

I paid about £60 for these from Boots about two years ago and they are awesome! They work even better than my old salon brand ones that were about £100! I second the switching the plug off when not in use though cos I left mine plugged in and turned on at the plug then when I picked them up I couldn't believe how hot the handle was, think its cos of the on/off light. Definitly worth £16.99!!
Would you destroy something perfect in order to make it beautiful?

I bought them last year from Argos & paid about £40,
They are brilliant :T but my only moan about them is that i keep knocking the 'off' button while using them ,but that maybe just me:o

    xx

Same thing happens to me but am used to checking it now and they are fab straightners, better than Ghd for me. :)
  • I've just been to Sainsburys in Telford and the black BaByliss pro 230 are now reduced to £4.25
