Thinking of taking one, does anybody know whether BG will do an inspection before accepting my application. As it is now, I am having a little problem with a leaking radiator. Thanks

They will do what is called a 1st visit, they check to make sure the boiler/system is to there standards and pass it or fail it. if they pass then u will be on contract. if they fail then they will tell u why. as for the leakin rad, they will prob charge u labour to fix it!0

I would call a local registered gas specialist for your boiler service, as an example a service is £49. British gas wil probably charge you £120 a year and if any parts need replacing you still pay! Its an expensive service if thats all you use.0

My boiler broke down completely and I was able to call out british gas to repair and they started my homecare there and then, when they came out for the repair I had my 1st inspection & service at the same time0

How much did you pay for the repair? Thanks0
