LaCors fire guidance for purpose built flats

Hi I am trying to find out what the fire guidelines are for blocks of purpose built flats, built 1969/1970 are. I can see mentions for multiple occupancy but nothing about someone or one family living in a flat built as mentioned above. It's a large document so I could have missed a vital bit. Can anyone advise?

We have been informed that the flats need to be updated re the fire reform, http://www.lacors.gov.uk/lacors/NewsArticleDetails.aspx?id=19844
In the LaCors doc it mentions multiple occupancy but not that I can see about purpose built flats built in 1969/70. So I just wanted to find out what the exact requirements are. Hope this is a bit clearer.0
