hi all
just wanted to say that our-last-but-one debt will be paid on the 26th of this month. It is with HFC bank and leaves us with lloyds to pay--£1400 to go on that one, and it will be gone by March next year.;)
I just wanted to tell people who would understand how good that feels--we had £61k about 7+yrs ago, and it felt like there would never be an end. I love reading about others' sucess on this site, and I have learnt soooooooo much---good luck to us all and remember there is always light at the end of the tunnel (and it isn't always a train!!!!!!)

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

Thats fantastic to do that in such a relatively short space of time is amazing. We do get happiness from successes no matter what they are. Now i actually get excited each month waiting for the CC statement to see how it is reducing and what that represents!Success means having to worry about every thing in the world......EXCEPT MONEY. I am such a sad person and have no life!! I add up at the end of each month to see how much more we have to go-- the really sad part about that is that I know EXACTLY how much longer I have to go-- I just really like seeing it down in black and white. At the beginning I used to do this in terms of pounds, but now I do it in terms of months. My OH thinks I'm obssessed and I think that maybe he has a point.
What will I do when we have finished this???? I find it really comforting to tot it all up and see how much it has shrunk since the start, think I will find that hard to let go of--does any one understand that?LBM-2003ish
