Hello everyone-
I am new here. I have heard a lot about the advice on this board but always hesitated to investigate as I am terrible at cooking.. I do enjoy the few attempts that I make but they usually fail and I am then bummed out about wasting all the ingredients.
My OH loves cooking and we have fallen into a pattern of me basically surrendering all the food responsibilities to him. He doesn't really mind but I think its time I try to take some of the burden on myself.
My parents recently bought us a slow cooker and I was wondering if anyone had any good, favourite recipes that they would like to share?
I love the idea of throwing stuff in it and just leaving it alone. It seems like a safe option for some one as disaster prone in the kitchen as I am!
