Can anyone tell me if any of the boots in nottingham sell the no7 accesories?

    thanks

Yep, Broadmarsh sells some (including some of the old packaging nail buffer and file packs, which are priced at under £5, so completely free with a rosie), Vic Centre has a large selection near to the Max Factor and Bobbie Brown make-up stands, and Riverside has some too, mostly in the nail accessories aisle (opposite the false nails etc).

    Fab day in boots today!
Got a Ruby and Millie (or 2!) for 50p (rosie and acm voucher) wombled 3 rosies.

They also had the "30 days of beauty and fashion" event running, so got some good make-up advice from a make-up artist and even better - a bag of freebies :) Time Delay radiance lotion, 17 nail polish, James Brown dry shampoo, Spot gel, Boots traditional hand cream, No.7 lippie, sachet of Hair Mask.
So if you have one of these events running near you, go along! it's definitely worth it.

Polls, I got one of those Ted baker bags, a nice pressie for OH. even better at that price!

Oh, no reduced No.7 sun stuff in Brent X :(

hi everyone and regulars from the old boots thread!
finally managed to egt out and spend my last and only rosie on a no7 pencil sharpener...ending up paying 50p.
Also got some abre solaire and a baby toy for £1. Very pleased as a friend is expecting:j

and then on my way out after spending £3.xx and having no rosies i noticed the no7 last chance to buy stand by the tills. Utter regret! it had mascara for £5.15 making it 15p with rosie, stay perfect lipstick, lip gloss, hi-shine lip gloss under £5 so free with rosie and the spring?/summer eye pallette for £6.x which i reealllly wanted!. Couldn't be bothered going to spend £5 so left it....not sure if it would have worked with the rosie though.
    HTH someone
    Happy bootsing.

Finally managed to get into Boots and spent my four rosies on nail varnish or wipes as recommended on here.

Saw some Simple Night Cream on the clearance shelf at £3.19 each. When I realised that Simple items were ANY 3 for the price of two, I nipped back and got three of the reduced night creams. Unbelievable, I know, especially for someone with my luck, but lo and behold, it worked! So I did it again. No-one even raised an eyebrow. So you get three of them for £6.38 less my Health Club discount (for being ancient, there has to be some perk), not bad for what I hope is good night cream.

I did end up with ANOTHER rosie for my trouble but I know what I can get now. I did try a reduced eye pallette also from the clearance shelves but no go, the till wouldn't let it through with the rosie so I left it. It ws a peculiar looking thing, all stripes of colour from lemon through to blue, but it would have put some colour onto my face! Not managed to see a R & M stand anywhere round her, presumably only in big stores. Pity, would have been nice to have got something a bit better for my trouble.

Didn't work for me, I tried the mascara & a blusher off the "last chance to buy" stand in my store & till beeped for both - the SA pointed to the condition that stated not to be used with "price reduced lines" - so I wouldn't feel like you've missed out. I think they've got wise & sorted out the tills. The stand also had the tins which were free with the mascara (the ones with the brushes in) for £6.50.

That said, I'm sure some helpful SA's might know of a way to get round it, as some have said they have got 3-4-2 & clearance items for free/next to nothing, so anything is worth a try.

Went to a different store this afternoon to try & buy my Daisy in Bloom, but typically, this store was OOS!! SOOOOO wish I'd bought one yesterday! :(

    S xx
Everything I wanna do is either illegal, immoral or fattening! lol :rotfl:

Can anyone confirm that both RM and Rosie work fine at SS? Should we put RM voucher first?
    Thanks

I did this today at a SS till. The RM lippy had to be input by the SA overseeing the tills as there was no barcode on it! I then pressed finish & pay, coupons, scanned the Rosie first then pressed no more coupons (had problems in the past trying to scan one coupon after another), then I pressed coupons again and scanned the 1/2 RM lippy - I got it for 50p. :j

I then got another 1/2 price RM lippy at the machine after getting none for weeks and have no more rosies to use as I had used my last 3 today.

There is a way round this so you don't have to call over the SA (always wise to stay under the radar!) When it asks you to scan your first item, on the screen on the bottom right is a button option "key in code", press this and a keypad pops up on screen. Key in the 8 digit no. that is on the end of the lippie tube, eg; nude sheer; 5062 0876 You'll need good eyesight for this - it's very small and faint!

Done both ways ( in the interest of scientific research :D) by the same method as akh43 above and the till accepts both, only problem I had was with the silly voucher slot not recognising I'd dropped in my vouchers, so the SA had to come over anyway  ........... (I like bored Saturday staff ;))

It's the pink £5 off R&M or No7 voucher which you get wys £5. Because it is pinker than the last one, someone thought, it was dubbed 'rosie'! Just try to remember not to call it that when talking to a SA or you get some very funny looks...:rotfl:
