but is it a £5 spend to get the £5 No 7 voucher?
I'm going into Blackpool after the hospital on friday so I might pop in and have a look round the "big" Boots for any clearance offers etc
Yes ........ £5 spend to get a newly christened "Rosie" :T0 -
Have people been able to use their pinky on reduced No7 items???0

I usually find that if your reduced item is reduced on the SEL, you'll be able to use your pinky/rosie fine (SA dependent).
If your item has a clearance sticker on it, you might not be able to use the pinky, but again, its going to be SA dependent.0 -

I did! :j See my post 118, previous page.

Sometimes with reduced items the till sees the original price when deciding if you are entitled to the GWP, so it's always worth taking one to the till and trying it if the original total value of the reduced items is over the £22 requirement.
The instore summer sale started at this time last year, although it was low key and unannounced there were quite a few No7 reductions appearing over a few days. We could find a few glitches between us soon maybe.0 -
Hmmmm, the Summer No 7 palette (the one with bright greens and lilacs) is reduced to £6.25 in Cleveleys - so if I can get some rosies from doing a bigger shop at the Blackpool store, then I'll treat myself to one of those. I love the colours BUT I have similar shades so couldn't justify spending the full (even when reduced) price.
When you do a large shop - do you split the transactions to maximise the amount of rosies you get? Because I've never been given a voucher "per multiple of £5" spent, so I tend to make lots of smaller transactions rather than one big one IYSWIMLiving with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0 -

You may want to put them all together for a GWP or if the ACM is giving you a total spend points voucher though.0 -

Thanks hun - I have to be honest and say that I'm not really a fully fledged "Bootser" as I did find the old Boots Grabbit thread rather impenetrable
I've learned more in this thread than ever before :rotfl:Living with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0 -

I saw the pallette for that price too was wondering if Rosie would work with it, perhaps it does ?0 -

Always give it a try! If you're on an SS till, and it doesn't, you can always just wander off, mumbling to yourself. If you're at a manned till, either look at your watch and go "Oh no! I'm sorry I must dash!" and rush off, or say that you've forgotten your purse.
I must admit I'm more upfront now. If it doesn't work and the SA says so/tells me the cost of the transaction, which is way too high, I just say "Mmmm. Don't think I'll bother thank you. Sorry to have troubled you", and just stroll away slowly, contemplating What Went Wrong!
