Iparked in a pay and display bay on a Saturday the meter stated Mon to Fri was charged I was happy to park for free so I thought.to my surprise I got a ticket when I found the attendant he pointed out a sign down the road which stated Mon to Fri 8am to6.30pm pay and display all other times residents parking only.I did not see the sign It was facing unto the road and it was not obvious from where I parked. I expect the meter to state parking restriction. The council are upholding the decision £50 now. Its all shops on this road.should I dispute it futher.the cost goes up to a £100 after two weeks Please help thanks H
