Can anyone advise a new seller here.I listed an item Uk paypal bidders only but was contacted by a perspective buyer from Italy.From the FAQs on ebay I realised there are problems with paypal seller protection and Italian postal service so politely told the guy I could not sell to him.Now he has been in contact as he has put a bid in anyway.EEK,can I if he wins cancel this sale?

Cancel his bid now and add him to your blocked bidders list. Set your buyer preferences to not allow bids from countries you dont ship to0
