Travelodge bookings

Has anyone booked at a travelodge (using £26 or £10 rate thus online) more than one room and got them next to, or opposite, each other. We are about to book 2 rooms, but need them next to each other but as you have to book online are wondering if this is possible. We need them next to each other for safety reasons as one of the occupants is deaf and needs the other rooms occupants to access their room in an emergency. And before you say inform reception as they would come and get you in the event of a fire, I know from past experience this did not happen, so have no desire to repeat that!

Anybody know the answer?

Thanks

Not sure, but we booked two rooms on the deals and they gave them to us together.
Can you not phone the lodge a day or two before arriving,I'm sure they will understand.

ive booked the deals loads of times but in once instance i wanted a upstairs room as opposed to a ground floor room so i rang the customer services and told them i had booked online but wanted an upstairs room. they took the booking ref and sent a note to the lodge, got what we wanted no probs..

Has anyone seen any £10 rooms lately ???? I was thinking of a night away, but failed to find any (in the North East area).

We stayed in three different lodges recently and rooms were all either next door to or across from one another.

In one we wanted a downstairs room and managed to get the last one, receptionist said we could have called ahead and booked it without a problem.

We recently booked two £10 rooms and they were allocated next to each other without requesting it specially.
Sometimes we need a downstairs family room if my disabled son is with us and I ring to check a few days before hand to make sure.
Never had a problem getting what we wanted.

Have booked a £26 room for the london Docklands Travelodge for july as I am going to a motorshow in the Docklands so we are travelling down the night before which saves getting up really early to travel to London

    Hopefully the rooms are ok

we went recently to cambridge travel lodge. We booked 2 rooms. Explained due to small children we needed to be next to each other. When we got there we were 5 rooms apart. When I said to reception about it, they said the cheap rooms couldn't be reserved that way!!!! No idea how the system works, but they wouldn't move us!
