Bank Charges "claim again"

In August 2006 i started proceedings to take Halifax plc to to court to reclaim £4070 in bank charges. After a long battle Halifax plc gave up and paid me my claim in full 3 days before we were due in court. Well chuffed.
My question is "can i take them to court again" I have just received a letter from them to say that they are charging me £35 for paying a £5.90 Debit card payment which took me over my overdraft limit and £28 for going over my overdraft limit. I am really getting sick of this bank and i want to hammer them again. I did call the bank and ask them to stop these charges. I was told that i would be charged the same even if it was 1 pence over my limit.

You can but the whole process is slightly different because if you put a claim in at court it will automatically be stayed pending the conclusion of the OFT test case issues. In August 2006 i started proceedings to take Halifax plc to to court to reclaim £4070 in bank charges.
