Gutted - I signed up last week with £65 cashback. Im having Virgin installed on Sat - do you think I can cancel and re-apply? £85 is a lot of money!
I am in exactly the same position tho my installation is on Friday. I plan on cancelling today, customer services say you can cancel within the first month without incurring any charges. The only issue then could be with classifying as a 'new customer' if you re-apply later but I guess it should be OK if it hasn't even been installed yet!
What do you guys think?0 -
Oh i can't wait to do this. we have been plannign on havign virgin for a while. when do you get the cashback? I have never used a cashback service.

is this a 12 or 18 month contract as it is not stated on quidco.
am i correct in thinking that:- broadband only package.
12 months contract is £225 less £150 cb=£75 = approx £6.25 month.
18 months contract is £345 less £150 cb=£195= approx £11 month

Hi,
I recently signed up with Virgin Media - the deal then was £65 Quidco cashback plus whatever online deal was going.
I was concerned about the cashback not getting tracked, so gave Virgin a call. Heard what their best offer was and then I explained about what I could get if I went Quidco.
The guy there hadn't heard of it before, so went off and looked into it. Called me back later to say that they'd match the online price, including Quidco - guaranteed cashback! Just got my first bill, sure enough £65 credited on it.
I'd definitely recommend giving it a try, especially now it's £150!
