Yay! a productive one for sure...but, I just found out from a letting agent that LHA is not accepted as standard payment for rent and most agents in my area will not entertain ANYONE on any benefits.
I thought the whole idea of changing the old HB system to LHA was so that people have greater choice of where they want to live? I've gone from the prospect of about 25 properties to about 4 fleabitten dives. I wish I could show a letting agent how I keep my home-clean and tidy and in good repair (ok, so maybe it's been the major cause of my soon2be BR but thats hardly the point!) Or do they think I will turn into a scumbag just because I claim LHA?
Anyway, enough of this rant, I'll save it for a more relevant thread.There used to be a street named after Chuck Norris, but it was changed because nobody crosses Chuck Norris and lives.0
