Yes, they're blocked pores I think.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Have you tried extracting them, you can buy a blackhead extractor from the body shop or via ebay. You just need to steam your face and try extracting, if they don't come out on first try, leave and try again another day. Alternatively you can cover the tips of your finger with tissue and give the area a little squeaze after steaming, if they don't push out leave and try again.focus888, is it blackheads or moles? I can't tell from reading the thread.
Sorry to hijack btw, but I have soooo many blackheads at the mo! Makeup covers them up well but I really want to get rid. Has anyone got any tips??? I'm using all the nose strips, steaming my face, clay masks etc etc but nothing's really working.
TIA.
I tried quiet a few techniques (including nose strips on my cheeks!! , which did bring someout but not sure if it is safe) though only extracting them works. I do get them quiet regularly so not sure if it's the face creams I'm using?? I've recently bought a home microdermabrasion system (£2.99 from HB) and that has improved the skin.0 -

Thanks for the tips guys. I had someone use an extractor on me once during a facial, it hurt so much my eyes watered!!! I might give it another go (and the OCM as well) xoGet to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

A blackhead is basically dirt which is stuck in your pores. A good, thorough cleansing routine should sort them out.they are beauty spots which i think are moles. cos im guessing blackheads are the tiny tiny ones right?
With beauty spots/moles, if they're big, they could be cut out (a la Enrique (sp?)), but otherwise, embrace them - they're part of you :T0
