finacial hardship claim back

hi,
ive read about the hardship section and getting your bank charges back, can anybody expllain how it works,i match the criteria but dont know how to start a claim and do you stand any chance of getting a payment out of your bank,im with tsb at the moment if that helps?:confused:

    You need to read the hardship guide and it kinda explains it all more or less.
    You need the list of charges if you do not already have them and this should be going back to July 2001. Furthermore, if you have the list then you need to send the first letter and INCLUDE, a list of the charges you are reclaiming, an income and expenditure form plus any notices of priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent., council tax, utilities).
