    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Sorry for not replying earlier, just got back, had a late one. It went okay, has made my wrist a bit sore though because of the lying down position.

    evening all - just in from football training with Erin... i went for a run...3.7miles in 40mins... so that's good innit? well i know not brilliant but good enough for me..... was a sunny warm night.

    Home now for a slice of toast and cuppa tea before shower and bed......
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
    (it's part of my charm!)

    I have been non stop since I got up this morning and I am knackered!
