You,ve just saved me reading through weeks of missed posts! Thought you'd done that...would it be wrong to say Well Done? I know how good it felt to sell off my Business two years ago...

It may depend on what equity you have in your house Booky but Lloyd TSB are in much the same position as Northern Rock were/are. They would have to pay out a load to realise their Security and they need to get cash in........a settlement would be considered I'm sure....and £25 may be enough, maybe even a little less:D stay wonky

There is enough equity in the house - I would be homeless of course.
I have 10k due to suppliers and OD. Obviously credit cards but they can wait.0 -
Credit cards are way down the list of priority Bookie, they can't have what you ain't got. Pay them each £1 by SO and they can lump it.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

No expert Booky, but it is prob best to sort out all your Business stuff and draw a line under that and then concentrate on the rest once you know that Tax, VAT etc etc are all completely done and dusted on that front.
Its hard to adress any Personal debt until you know your Personal Circumstances. As Gemmzie said, send em £1 a month.....they cant have what you aint got...and they know it. Just keep everyone informed.:D stay wonky

No tax liabilities and only maybe a tiddly bit of VAt. No VAt on books.
Tempted to try to negotiate with Lloyds.
