How to replace a built in dishwasher?

Hi all,
My d/w has broken down, and after a couple of months of washing by hand and saving money where possible I would like to get another in the most cost effective manner. Can someone recommend a shop which does installation as well as sales?
I think that the kitchen cabinet that the dishwasher is in has been glued to the dishwasher, as I can't see how it is screwed in. There is also a panel along the bottom of the dishwasher which also runs along all of the bottom of the kitchen cabinets. Can they just cut this easily?
Basically, what I want to know is would this be a standard job for installers, or would I need to hire a specialist which I can't afford to do.

The bottom kick board just pulls off. Get a quote for the d/w repairs first, might be the water inlet valve? Specialist it's not rocket science is it? Cannot suggest anyone because I don't know where you are. Try google and https://www.yell.com0
