Help Please! My hubby managed to melt plastic from back of a bib onto our iron! :mad:Please I need ideas on how to get it off, really don't want to waste money getting a new iron. Why he was ironing a bib I don't know!
Thanks in advance

Soap or washing up liquid on a warm iron, and one of those green nylon scourers - works when you melt a t-shirt, so a bib shouldn't be that much different.
Feel free to send him round to do my ironing if he's banned from doing yours.
Edit - found this as well.
