Have you upgraded Mozilla? I believe the latest release has the new "Clear Recent History" box in Tools, which will auto tick forms unless you choose not to!0

Are they in there? Are they in there duplicated?0 -
Does anyone else use your computer? Someone on another forum I frequent was having a similar problem & it turned out that her sister was using the same PC and clearing all private data every time she finished with it.0
