ohh curious how exciting- has it sunk in that its so close?? how r u feeling?

re eyebrows- i get them done all the time- they will wax them first then pluck anything they missed- they will look red for an hour of so later but it will be ok. it will only be a few mins- so it will be ok

re nails- sounds great- i have had a few shellac over the last few months in order to try it out- its good.

Woke up really early this morning feeling really stressed out and couldn't get back to sleep. I think I need to tackle some stuff on my list or it is not going to go away. It still seems really surreal that I get married next week, almost like everyone else is busying themselves around us but we are not part of it. Even my sister texting about her hotel etc and it doesn't seem real. Don't know if I want another 11 days of this.

Pick up wedding cake

Off to buy some labels for the place cards now. We are getting the final gift on Saturday and will try and do the menu fronts soon. Depending what time I have later I may have a go at something. Waiting to hear back from hairdresser to check she is happy with the timings.

im alright, i dont really feel any different, its like aj said, its like its all going around around you!
people keep asking if im busy rushing around and im not
we havent really got anything left to do except pick things up

i think i may feel different on thursday, oh and I are doing wedding jobs all morning, at the spa in the afternoon then he has to work for a few hours but then its our last night spent together as an unmarried couple as he will be at the best mans house friday night, will have a nice dinner, make it a bit special etc

still cant believe its school sports day on friday... of all the days!

welcome to the Curious George talks to herself thread
we had our wedding rehearsal at the church tonight, i was perfectly calm until that point... NOW im nervous!

i also just finished making this gorgeous decoration, we bought a wire frame in the shape of a heart and over the last 2 nights i have covered it in ribbon in our colours, just tied each piece around and tied it at the front so its really messy and shabby chic, will upload a pic tomorrow...

picking up the suits tomorrow, tying to sort out the flowers fiasco, spending the afternoon at the spa with OH and then having our last night together special meal and .... things lol

oh yeah, and before i go to bed....

I had my hair trial and dress fitting yesterday. LOVED my hair trial. It went perfectly. I wanted it curly, and I had bought some pin things, but had no idea what i wanted it like other than that. But my hairdresser is amazing, and she just did it completely perfectly. Had been so stressing about it as my hair is poker straight and i just thought it wouldn't work or stay in - but my hair is still curly this morning and she didn't even use hairspray yesterday, whereas she will on the day. Such a bargain as well, £20 yesterday for my and my daughter to have a trim and also the hair trial. And it will be £25 for both of us on the wedding. Couldn't have been happier :j:j

My dress fitting went really well too. Haven't lost any weight really since last time, and there was a slight gap at the top of the modesty panel where you could see flesh. But I have been exercising lots and I have lost inches. And this time, there is no gap :T:T I was really pleased and chuffed with it, until my mum said, theres loads of time yet, you can still lose more weight, it'll drop off you in the last couple of weeks I thought it looked nice as it was tho?? Felt a bit deflated after the comments, particularly as I am finding it harder to diet at the minute. Have hardly any weight left to lose now, and I am getting a bit fed up of dieting now (been at it since january) and just want to eat nice things now, lol!! I am keeping up with the exercise tho, so am not gaining weight, and am toning up. My daughter and best friend were there and they both said i looked amazing etc, but I think my mum kinda put a bit of doubts in my mind

Hen do tomorrow!!! So so so excited. We are going to a bunk barn in the yorkshire dales. Can't wait :j:j:j

How are you doing now AJ?? I do myself new lists all the time at the minute and I do like crossing things off them!!

Make up is sorted after a few attempts with my sister. Last dress fitting today and my mum now has it hanging up at hers. I have an awful cold which started yesterday, trying desperately to get rid of it and make sure OH doesn't get it.

Debating staying at home with OH the night before the wedding but not sure yet. Need to sort out when he is coming to the hotel so I don't get cabin fever in the room I am getting ready in.

Going to try and sort place names now.
