Waste pipework for sink/washing machine/condensing pipe and possible dishwasher?

Hi All
We are about to fit the sink into our utility room and will need to organise the waste pipes / trap etc in a way to accomodate the sink waste, along with washing machine and boiler condensing waste (as well as possibly a dishwasher in the future - not sure if this many waste options is possible?!)
Could someone advise what would be the best configuration for this and what pipe/connector/trap pieces we will need?
Thanks in advance!

Don't know whether this is the best solution but if the washing machine and dishwasher are next to the sink could you use this:

If the boiler has a flexible pipe drain you could use of these between the trap and the sink waste to get an extra connection:

Seems to be a perfectly workable solution to the problem.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
Thanks for your reply!
Sorry if this is a really obvious question - but as we do not have a dishwasher yet and would like to be able to put one in in the future, is this fitting suitable? Can we block up one of the nozzles until it's ready for use?0 -
I used the plastic cap off a drinks bottle, which fitted almost exactly, and some self-amalgamating tape to block ours off when we moved in.0

I sort of have the same problem.
I currently have a double sink and a washing machine connected to the waste pipe. I am about to buy a dishwasher and was wondering what I need to do to fit the dishwasher waste hose to the waste trap?
Do they sell traps that allow a double sink, washing machine and dishwasher to be fitted (so a total of four waste outlets)?
My cold water pipe is currently being used by the washing machine. Am I correct in assuming that I just need to buy a "y connector" to allow both the washing machine and dishwasher to access the cold water pipe?
I wanted to fit the dishwasher myself to save on plumbing installation costs.0 -
We have a double bowl sink, each bowl has an appliance trap and the washing machine drains to one, the dishwasher to the other.
Hoses aren't that long, you may have problems using a Y adaptor if the dishwasher and washing machine aren't in the right places and have to put a tee on the cold pipe. If you do, that also lets you put in a service valve, so you can turn the dishwasher off without also shutting off the washing machine.0 -
Many thanks for your reply.
So I should fit one appliance trap to each sink. The washing machine would then drain to one sink and the dishwasher to the other... Would I then connect both these appliance traps to the main waste pipe (the pipe that runs under the sink and exits through the wall outside)?
Would I then need a connection to allow both sink appliance traps to exit onto the one waste pipe?
My washing machine is currently next to the sink. My dishwasher will also be next to the sink but at a 90 degree angle fitting against the adjacent wall. The dishwasher will be approximately 1.5m away from the cold water pipe.
I know that I will need to buy a cold water extension hose (approx 2.5m) to connect to the main cold pipe because of the right angle (the cold water hose included with the dishwasher would not be long enough). I would assume that the water pressure would not be affected significantly.
My apologies if the above makes no sense!0 -

The way ours is done is that the first sink is on the end of the waste pipe, there's then a short section of pipe (a few inches) and a T-piece. The waste pipe continues out to the drain and the second sink trap connects into the branch of the T.0
