Post Office @4.75%

Options
I have 100k in equity from my house sale and am in rented whilst trying to locate a new house.
I need to get my cash in a high interest account were I can get to it with no hassle when the right house comes up. I picked up a 'flyer' in the post office were th ere paying 4.75% with no apparent tie ins etc.
Anyone have any other suggestions...............

    Hi
Birmingham Midshires internet £1 -£5.000,000 money in and out anytime without penalty 4.95%. Maybe worth a look. Regards - Sallysaver
  • I will shortly be in exactly the same situation - house sold but nothing bought. I was also looking at the Post office as I have a fear of putting my house sale proceeds (a large amount of money) into an internet account. I would rather sacrifice a little % interest for security. Also wherever I move there will be a Post Office near at hand to get the money out when needed for a new house purchase.

However, like john_g66 any other suggestions welcomed.

    Thanks.
