 Don't know if this will help, but I recently submitted a query online and got an email response from residential.services@bt.com

I can only see the contact form - if you go through the various options, it will email the webform to the correct department, depending on what your issue is.

That's all it says on the back of the bill as well, and the same for any complaints. Looks like the webform might be the only option. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
It's free to call them:
Telephone number
0800 443 311
Opening hours
24 hours a day, 365 days a year
Calls to 0800 numbers are free from a BT line. All calls made to BT and from BT may be recorded to help us give you a better service0 -
 Don't know if this will help, but I recently submitted a query online and got an email response from residential.services@bt.comTime has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
