i do understand where you comming from but what is happening and what should actually be done is very different what i am talking is not thousand of pounds ... only just enough to get you through until everything is sorted.......Most OR's do tend to turn a blind eye to use credit cards/overdrafts to pay BR fees. But maxing credit cards and overdrafts prior to BR, may be seen as misconduct, and does lead to further investigation (obviously depends on amounts and what the money is spent on). Whilst I am not saying whether it is right or wrong, it is important that the OP is fully aware before making any decisions.BSC number 1830 -
ypou will be surprised how low creditor can get i remember before my BR order was made, i was hounded by natwest ( 3/4 phone call everyday) to get a loan everyday even though they knew i was unemeployed that i was not receiveing anymore JSA .... and foolishingly enough i sign the deal , the OR was not very impressed by their action.fiveyearplan wrote: »I was already maxed out so didn't get the opportunity!BSC number 1830 -
