Hi, I'm about to post a letter to my bank asking for my charges back, according to the guide on this site, I can send to my local branch, but should I be sending it to a certain department/person or will the bank in general be fine??

    Dear Sir or Madam. On the envelope just put the name of the bank and the address you are sending the letter to.
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
