They sound brilliant - (I hope none of them mention the word angel because you won't be allowed to have them).

is that for real Horace? you're not allowed songs with the word angel in as part of the ceremony??!! We haven't started thinking of music much yet but I thought it meant you just weren't allowed to use hymns?

Are you having pictures when you sign the register?

If so, I'd have a couple of other songs as back up as these things always take longer than you think and it means that your guests can be sitting there for some time after the music has finished.

I would not say Wiht or Without You is a good choice for leaving the ceremony... Just look up the lyrics and you'll see.

MRCOW- We are only having friends and family take photos so i dont really think it should drag on.

HORACE - afaik i dont think the word 'angel' crops up but we have rung the registry office and told tehm our song choices and they said they are ok.

Think it's because Angel would be classed as a religious reference which is a big no no for a registrars or any non church wedding. That is primarily why the registrars need to check the song's, similarly songs with heaven or halellullah wouldn't be allowed.
