If anyone has one of these accounts, check your annual interest when you receive it to make sure it's right.
I just got a letter through today advising me of my interest for the year, which was around £300 less than it should have been. I phoned customer services and they checked it for me and told me there had been an error and some of the Direct Saver accounts had been calculated wrongly.
I never trust anyone when it comes to money and check and keep records of everything. Just as well!!!
