Free Fairfx card
Comments

I've got a FairFx card which I've loaded in preparation for a trip to Italy later this month. Do I need to contact them to let them know where and when I'm going, as I previously would have with my Debit/Credit cards?0

I have applied using Caxton FX via quidco £4 cashback.
The only thing that I don't like on their T&C is below in red!
I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the Caxton FX Ltd (Caxton) terms and conditions. I confirm that I am duly authorised to agree to the Caxton terms on my behalf and /or any authorised representative (if identified above) and that no transaction or Order placed with Caxton shall be for the purposes of speculation.
I authorise Caxton FX Ltd, when considering this application, to contact my bankers or any other sources to make identity, credit reference, fraud and other enquiries.
I understand that if I choose to hold a large balance on my Prepaid Card (such as £1,000 or more) that I accept the risks of holding this large amount of money on my card.
I understand that I may lose my e-money if Newcastle Building Society becomes insolvent:eek:, and that the Financial Services Compensation Scheme does not apply to my Prepaid Card.
Caxton FX can only accept payment from a cardholder's own UK bank debit card in the cardholder's own name.RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0
