Sorry for not getting back to anyone, basically I was told that it would have to go through judicial review before they would stop taking payments from people, and I wa also advised that if this did go through then the DWP would have to refund all payments taken by them no matter how long after they were taken.
And unfortunately they did take the entire crisis loan back
