Do you know why you didn't get past the interview stage? Try and find out why if you can and then you can negotiate around that. Why not try again, nothingto lose.

    Good luck!

she didnt get to the interview stage.... or thats how it read

agree with the above, why not, at worst it will be another no, any luck you will get an interview this time round

If they've changed the application process, it may well be that people were screened out automatically based on pre-determined selection criteria, and they've now decided that they want to view all CVs.

I'd give your CV a thorough polish, put a lot of thought into the covering letter to explain why you're so interested in working for the company, and in that particular role, and hope that you use the right buzz-words and come across as interesting and interested enough to get through to the interview - if you can get yourself that far then you're in a position to really sell yourself.

I (incorrectly) read it as through the interview stage. What a doughnut!

    Why waste your time.

You have been rejected already why waste time and effort of everyone to be rejected again.

but she could be successful and she isn't going to know that until she applies, yes i do agree its a possibility the OP may be unlucky but if he/she is determined to get the job then why not try
