Child Modelling Agencies

Morning
I was wondering if anyone had heard good or bad things about the modelling agency kids and co (they're based on the Wirral).
I took my little lad along yesterday but I'm totally new to it and still to make up my mind whether or not to put him forward for it.
Any advice would be helpful, particularly if anyone has dealt with the agency before
Thanks
Ed

Hi Ed, I've just been trying to find their website and hopefully some 'testimonials' about their service elsewhere, but I couldn't find either. This would concern me personally, as in this day and age, I would expect a company to have a website. They appear to have put adverts about their event yesterday on free advertising websites, but that's it.

Just to give you an idea of a reputable company in this industry, have a look here: http://www.bizzykidz.com/index.php

Their FAQs section (here http://www.bizzykidz.com/faq.php) tells you how you can find out if an agency is reputable or not.

To be honest, I wouldn't take it any further if I were you, but if you do decide to then make sure you don't pay anything to them up front, I believe good companies in this industry take commission from your child's earnings after they have secured work from them.

Meant to say, are these the company who were casting a couple of weeks ago at the Holiday Inn, Ellesmere Port?

If so, they look legit to me, apparantly they do catalogue work etc, i haven't looked at the site yet though! :)

Wouldn't he be better off going to the park with his friends?
