Standard Life Demutualisation

I have 191 shares in a Standard Life Assurance scheme where my employers pay a small amount towards my contributions.
I have now been advised that they are wanting to demutualise and I need to let them know whether to sell my shares or hang on to them.
Any advise would be helpful, Thanks
ps. They need 75% to vote in favour or this will not happen.

I think you may mean that you will have 191 shares in Standard Life Plc @ approx £2.65 each should the demutualisation go ahead.
