Item paid for by person blocked.

Okay I sold an item to someone in Brazil who then changed their mind and so we mutally cancelled the transaction. They then said actually they want to buy the item. I pointed out to them they had brought it before and then changed their mind and I wasn't willing to sell to them again as I had got my final fees back but lost my listing fees and blocked them. Anyway they kept on and on about buying this item and a similar one. But I told them I wasn't prepared to sell to them due to changing their mind the last time. Anyway then someone else from the same country brought the two items. They didn't pay so after 10 days depsite reminders so I raised a dispute for both items. Anyway on one they responded saying they would pay in the next few days. Now they have paid by paypal but from the person's paypal account who orginally brought the item and then changed their mind! They haven't put any kind of item numbers or anything in the paypal payment.
Would you send the items? Its about £15 inculding postage but it just annoys me that I didn't want to sell to this person because they messed me around so they just got someone else to buy them and then they paid for them. Is this within Ebay rules?

I'm a little confused. Are you say they have paid but not with the transaction number? They just sent money. If they have you can technically raise an NPB. They've paid so I would send it as by not they could quite easily Neg you. Maybe you should consider not selling to South America. Do you get many sales there?0

They just sent me money via paypal as "other goods" with no transaction number and the name of the buyer on Ebay as the heading. I get a few sales in South Amercia. I don't have a problem selling there but its just where I blocked a bidder for messing me around and they just got someone else to buy it and they paid for it themselves.0 -
Sounds like a 2nd ebay account, but the same PP account. My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
i wouldn't send it this person has mucked you around enough and you have no gaurentee they won't continue to muck you around and tell paypal they never recieved it, in which case paypal will probably rule against you.
you can change your settings to block bidders from certain countrys, just go to the ebay help section.0 -
It sounds like you blocked the bidder and that same person has used another account to bid on the item.
That's not allowed under paypal policy.

Report them to ebay. I would not send the item unless ebay specifically advise otherwise."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100
