    Your grade goes on your record for 2 years so if things dont go well on the day (and when I say day and mean the 1 hour that you are observed for) then it remains on your record:mad:...and is taken into account in the yearly SAR.

    I think that if you get a poor grade then you should have the chance of being observed again........instead of the pile of Staff development you have to go through. You could honestly just be having a really off day (hour).
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
