Been to the Nurse and have a prescription to pick up in the morning, she did say that my bloodpressure was quite low but they dont treat low blood pressure

Took Grandad to cemetary to lay flowers on his wifes and mothers graves. They both died young, my Grandma aged 49 and Great Grandma aged 51.

We had a look in the heritage centre while we were there which is filled with memoribilia from war time and mining history, Granda was delighted and we had a good half hour in there. Made his day it did especially when he bumped into a chap that he knew from his youth..........

My Granda is the best, I am making sure I make the most of him while he is still here (aged 85).......we mustnt forget to take the time to talk with anyone special to us.
