    Morning folks......

No work for me today but lots of stuff to do still...
    • Take DS1 for final interview at 6th form
    • do big shop at Mr T using £6 voucher
    • take boys for haircut before they start school/college
    • 6 mile walk
    • place 3 x £10 bets if odds are decent
    • flylady for shame sake
I feel alot better today and am less snotty and emotional:o
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I think I was just letting everything get on top of me again, going back to work with all the uncertainties and knowing that I am going to have to organise everyone at this end too. I got a bit overwhelmed there for a bit:o

:D I know I'm predictable, and wearisome too no doubt. Glad you're on the up. I'm terrible about getting anxious about things, got to learn to feel for the present :)

What like in a bran tub:D

I know what you mean, live in the moment. When I am at work I think about things getting neglected at home and when I am at home I think about work...............maybe I need to concentrate on whatever I am doing and just give it 100% when I am there rather than worrying about it :o

Lenny you always manage to make me smile matey and are never wearisome............OK well maybe you are sometimes when you prattle on about the Boro but apart from that:p

I cant smile without you :D Hey I know what you mean about your mind being on other things. In the vinegar strokes of my pre-LBM lets say the last 18 months of it when the money was getting really tight and I was constantly robbing Peter to Pay Paul, my mind was never on the job. For example if someone was talking to me or asking me to do something I was half listening and half worrying about the debt. It was surreal and unnerving at the same time. Furrowed brow for years I had.
