To enter the prize draw please complete the form on DELL MTV landing page and submit it to Dell no later than by 25 October 2009. No purchase is necessary. The winners will be determined by a random draw from the database of all entrants who have completed the entry form.
Only one (1) entry per email address is permitted.
A winner will be selected randomly by Dell from a list of entries on 26 October 2009. Dell will send confirmation that they have won via email, using the winning email address,. He or she will then be requested to provide personal data in order for Dell to contact him or her. In the event the e-mail is returned as undeliverable, or the winner declines the prize, he or she will be disqualified. Dell will fulfill the shipment of the prize and will contact the winner to arrange an appropriate day and time for the delivery of the prize within a time period determined by Dell.
The Dell judge's decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into. A list of winners can be obtained by visiting DELL MTV page - www.dell.co.uk/mtv .
The winner will receive 2 VIP tickets to enter 2009 MTV European Music Awards event on 5/11/2009 in Berlin, Germany. This includes free one day entry to the 2009 MTV EMA event and after party. The prize will be provided by Dell Inc. No substitution of prizes or cash equivalent is permitted. Dell reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for any local taxes due on any prize received and for all transport to and from the event.
Dell reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Prize draw without any prior notice.
By registering to enter this Prize Draw, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these official Prize draw rules.
Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Dell Inc. ("Dell") and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their immediate families and those living in their households, are not eligible.

Its in Germany!!!! And they are not giving transport/flights/accom. Thats a shame - it seems like only half a prize.
