Trojan detected!!!!!

My norton anti-virus expired last week, so i installed AVAST. I ran a scan this morning and it announced that I have a Trojan horse- WIN32:SW1ZZ0r-gen? AVAST recommed that I send to chest but access was denied, could someone tell me what to do now?

Try doing it in safe mode, F8 at boot. What directory is it in?
if the file name is mentioned in msconfig startup items, remove the tick next to it and rebootEver get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0 -
Directory? sorry novice! Do you mean C:\programme files? Thats the area I am scanning at moment.0
