Jo - that's brilliant news about the interview. Everything crossed for you (((hugs)))
    ditto that ^^
Yay - Tues and Weds done (plus 1 meditation class and shopping for clothes, plus firing off 3 complaints -

one to ocado for the silly mare's attitude on the phone when my delivery was delayed 'you'll have to wait until Monday, just don't let your foodstuffs get so low next month' !!!!!!? And I was nice!

One to the catalogue for levying a charge 3 days after I paid bill on time - they removed it - just this once, apparently.

One to the local council - I'm on the list for a transfer to a disabled access property - the Occupational Therapist specifically stated a house, as all their flats have heavy security doors that I can't manage - and I got the 4th offer last week. First was for a 3rd floor flat, second for a house with 13 uneven height steps leading down from main road (felt like I was climbing down an embankment), 3rd was for house 2 miles from nearest bus stop, where toilet was in the kitchen and the OT couldn't even make it up the stairs to the front door without tripping on loose concrete. 4th was for a flat with a heavy steel door (and a train line 10ft away to the left and a pub with drugs issues 30ft to the right, but let's not be too picky here). But council insisted it was a house. Do they not know how to use Google Earth? So I also copied in local council leader with responsibility for housing, quoting his latest statement that there is no real issue with housing the disabled in this area - and one copy to his equivalent in the opposition party!
    go you!

Jo, great news about the interview! Yay!

Go Soappie! You are a one-woman task force! You can do it! (am spurring you on to finish what ever it is you are doing)

I've washed up and then been thoroughly engrossed in a thread on the old style, got loads of tips for saving money! Can't believe I've never seen it before. I found when searching for uses for old socks earlier! LOL! :rotfl::rotfl:

Well Jinky I am still waiting for the story about how you and Mr Dazco giot it together...I luv a good luv story me...

DS made himself an angel delight earlier. I told him HE had to wash up his own mess. (He is 16 in Sept) so I am going to get the whisk, jug, sponn and dish (if he doesn't wash them) and stick them in his room in a washing up bowl. Is this cruel? I am sick and tired of dirty pots being left around for me to clean.
